Sales manager/Sales Director Nordic Aricent

 
Arbetsuppgifter:Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Working knowledge of English as this is the company language

• Will carry a goal to generate new business of over US$ 10mil

• The successful candidates will be involved in identifying, managing and closing business by providing software products and services to the Telecom Service providers n the area Billing Support systems and or Operations Support Systems ( OSS)

• Researching, establishing, building and maintaining relationships with prospects and customers.

• Response to leads generated, selling to potential customers in the target area, including telecom companies such as large equipment vendors, software organizations and system integrators.

• Presenting Aricent capabilities to board level and above specific to CTO, CIO & CFO.

• Responsible for negotiating and closing deals with variable values.

• Working to aggressive quarterly targets.

• Extensive travel will be required in the region
 
Kompetensprofil:Key skills and experience required:

• An Engineering Degree preferably in Computer Science/Electronics and or MBA .( Preferred)

• Excellent track record and superior experience in Sales Management position in the IT/Telecom (IBM,CISCO, HP, Convergys, Accenture etc) Selling to BSS/OSS domain to the Telecom Service providers

• Sales Management in a Telecom Equipment Vendor (e.g. Ericsson, Alcatel, CISCO) selling to potential operators (e.g. Vodafone, Telia,-Sonera, Finnet,etc)

• Product Management in the above ( BSS/OSS products), having sales flair looking to get into sales.

• Strong Telecom Domain experience/exposure

• Very good networking at CXo levels in the Telecom Service providers in the region

• Proven deal closing record and background in new business and proven sales lifecycle experience,

• Handled a minimum target volumes of US$ 15-20- mill or more per year and handled closures of deals more than $2-3 million in a single transaction

• Experience in managing Outsourcing Software business to Low cost countries like India will be a bonus

• Minimum of 6-8 years sales in the above,

• Experience of selling in to this geography in his/her last job is essential

• Ideally strong knowledge/training in sales methodology, process and techniques.

• Excellent commercial and business acumen.

• Self Motivated & Strong relationship building skills,

• Exposure of selling complex solutions
