Regional Sales Manager Western Sweden

 
Arbetsuppgifter:Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Working knowledge of English as this is the company language

• Ensures the needed support to the Swedish organization in order increase revenues and profitability
• Works in team close with the other Area Sales Managers, the OEM/VAR Business Development Manager and the SI Manager

• Actively drive the growth of the specified areas market from today’s levels.

• Resident in southern Sweden area preferable for close co-operation with the sales managemant

• Available to travel 50-60 nights out per year
 
Kompetensprofil:Key skills and experience required:

• Automation and/IT background

• Experience of software sales (min 3 years)

• Fluent in English – in writing as well as verbally

• A good understanding for the sales/decision processes in complex industrial sales

• Computer/IT knowledge: Databases, Internet, communications, infrastructure

• Can negotiate skilfully in tough situations with both internal and external groups

• Can be counted on to exceed goals successfully
