Arbetsuppgifter:The purpose of this position is to lead Swedish business and organization of more than ten professional sales and service people with significant growth target. You will also be responsible of delivering results.

Your responsibilities and activities include:

· Leading our sales and operations in Sweden
· Sales of Group products and services in Sweden
· Sales and execution of services in Sweden
· Creating budget and action plans for Sweden and rigorously
execute them
· HR
· Accounting and Group reporting
· Participating in Group development initiatives
· Participating Group management team

Kompetensprofil:The ideal candidate has a relevant degree and former working experience in the field of technology as well as a minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales and leadership.

You have fluent/advanced Swedish and English skills (both written and spoken). The person we are looking for is proactive and motivated professional with good communication, coordinating and organizing skills. You are self-driven and capable to push things happen as planned.
